God Bless Montana! We down here in Texas salute you for the bold step forward in asserting a state's rights under the United States Constitution. Texas has authored similar legislation as have several other states and the ball continues to roll. It's high time we tell the Federal Government where the buck stops. We we're watching this law closely and stand behind you in the federal court challenge that is sure to come from the power grabbers in Washington. Maybe Texas can go another step forward and use the commerce clause of the 9th Amendment to deny the Federal Government taxes on gasoline that is refined in Texas, from Texas oil, and sold within Texas!
